Summer Salad with White Balsamic Dressing
Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon-style mustard
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp water
Sea Salt, to taste
12 cups mixed salad greens
1 cup fresh raspberries
1⁄2 cup crumbled goat cheese
1⁄3 cup toasted walnut crumbs
Preparation
Whisk first 5 ingredients together in a large serving bowl.
Add mixed salad greens and toss to coat.
Sprinkle salad with raspberries, goat cheese and toasted walnut crumbs. Serve immediately.
