2 cups mixed coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
1⁄4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh baby spinach
Preparation
Cook rotini in a Multipurpose Pot, according to instructions. Strain and set aside.
In the Multipurpose Pot, over medium heat, add olive oil and Marinara Sauce Mix, cook for 1 minute, add the tomatoes, and sauté for 5 minutes. Season to taste, toss with cooked rotini, spinach and parmesan cheese.
