Summer Rotini Marinara

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (340 g) rotini or fussili
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups mixed coloured cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 14 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach

Preparation

  1. Cook rotini in a Multipurpose Pot, according to instructions. Strain and set aside.
  2. In the Multipurpose Pot, over medium heat, add olive oil and Marinara Sauce Mix, cook for 1 minute, add the tomatoes, and sauté for 5 minutes. Season to taste, toss with cooked rotini, spinach and parmesan cheese.
