Summer Berry Strawberry Sandwiches

Try these for a no-cook dessert when you don’t feel like turning on the oven and baking.

Ingredients

  • 12 pkg (8 oz/250 g) block light cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 12 large strawberries
  • 14 cup chocolate syrup

Preparation

  1. Beat cream cheese with Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix.
  2. Hull strawberries. Trim hull end to make a flat base, and cut the tips of each berry. Don’t make the tips too small, and save them – you’ll need them later.
  3. Place berries hull side down on a platter so they sit flat. Using the tip of a knife or a small spoon, hollow out berries.
  4. Spoon or pipe cream cheese mixture into hollows, then top with strawberry tips. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and serve.
