Ingredients

  • 2 14 cups all-purpose or gluten-free flour
  • 1 12 tsp baking powder
  • 12 cup millet
  • 3 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 12 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Place a lightly oiled Muffin Maker on a Sheet Pan.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
  5. Fold both mixtures together until just mixed.
  6. Divide batter among muffin wells. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
