Taste the rainbow with these delicious and refreshing fruit skewers. They’re the perfect summer treat for kids! Almost all of the sugar in this recipe naturally occurs in the fruit and yogurt—Epicure’s Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix is made with real raspberries, strawberries, and hibiscus, and it only contains 3 grams of sugar per serving! Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 2 cups honeydew melon chunks
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 1 cup grapes

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt and dip mix. Let stand 10 min.
  2. Meanwhile, thread melon, pineapple, strawberries, and grapes onto 6–8" skewers.
  3. Serve skewers with sweet dip for dunking.
