Summer Berry Fruit Parfait
Ingredients
3 cups plain low-fat yogurt
3 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries
1 cup prepared Epicure Crunchy 'Apple Pie' Granola
3 cups rolled oats
1⁄3 cup sliced almonds
1⁄3 cup unsweetened coconut
1⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
1⁄3 cup honey
1⁄2 cup berries
Preparation
Whisk yogurt and Summer Berry Fruit Dip Mix together in a large mixing bowl.
Spoon 1⁄3 cup prepared Summer berry Fruit Dip into 4 — 1 1⁄2 cup glasses. Add 1⁄4 cup berries and 1⁄4 cup Crunchy 'Apple Pie' granola.
Add another 1⁄3 cup Summer Berry Fruit Dip and top with berries.
