Ingredients

  • 3 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries
  • 1 cup prepared Epicure Crunchy 'Apple Pie' Granola
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 13 cup sliced almonds
  • 13 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 14 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp Apple Pie Spice
  • 13 cup honey
  • 12 cup berries

Preparation

  1. Whisk yogurt and Summer Berry Fruit Dip Mix together in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Spoon 1⁄3 cup prepared Summer berry Fruit Dip into 4 — 1 1⁄2 cup glasses. Add 1⁄4 cup berries and 1⁄4 cup Crunchy 'Apple Pie' granola.
  3. Add another 1⁄3 cup Summer Berry Fruit Dip and top with berries.
