For all you meatball lovers out there, here’s one we bet you haven’t tried yet! You’ll never believe these are made in the microwave, in under 5 min. They’re tender and flavourful and served with a creamy and tangy sauce for dunkin’.
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
1 pkg Beef Stroganoff Seasoning
1 tbsp water
1⁄4 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1⁄2 tbsp sugar or honey
Preparation
In large bowl, using a fork, combine ground beef, seasoning, and water. Form into 16 meatballs (about a scant 2 tbsp each).
Spread in a single layer in Multipurpose Steamer or Round Steamer (it’s OK if they touch). Cover and microwave on high, 4 min or until cooked. Uncover; let sit 1 min before serving.
Meanwhile, prepare dipping sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, mustard, and sugar.
