Ingredients

  • 1 recipe prepared Roast Turkey
  • 8–10 lbs (4-5 kg) turkey
  • oil, for brushing
  • 1 pkg Roast Turkey Seasoning
  • 1 recipe prepared Holiday Roasted Vegetables
  • 2 lbs (900 g) assorted root vegetables, such as carrots, parsnips, and red onions
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Holiday Seasoning
  • Sea Salt, optional
  • Black Pepper, optional
  • 1 recipe prepared Steamer Mashed Potatoes
  • 4 - 6 medium potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 34 cup milk
  • 2 - 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 recipe prepared Steamer Sage & Apple Stuffing
  • 1 cup apple, core removed, diced
  • 1 cup celery stalks, diced
  • 4 cups cubed day-old bread
  • 2 tbsp Sage & Apple Stuffing Seasoning
  • or Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 cup Nourish Broth or Vegetable Broth, prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups prepared cranberry sauce
  • 1 recipe prepared Savoury Herb Gravy
  • 2 tbsp Savoury Herb Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup cold water

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Prepare turkey as per recipe and place in oven
  3. Meanwhile, prepare next 5 recipes as listed above, while turkey is roasting.
  4. Serve warm and celebrate!
