Street Tacos

Street food is all the rage. Now you can make healthier and more affordable street tacos easily at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) lean sirloin or striploin steak
  • 3 tbsp Teriyaki Dry Glaze
  • Sea Salt, optional
  • 14 cup mild feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 small soft corn tortillas
  • 14 cup Guacamole
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
  • lime juice, optional
  • 14 cup Chipotle Aioli
  • 1 tbsp Chipotle Aioli Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of sirloin with dry glaze. Grind on salt, if desired.
  3. Grill steak about 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from grill, let stand 5 minutes, slice thinly, and sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Divide meat between tortillas.
  5. Top with Guacamole and Chipotle Aioli.
