Zoe Grandy really let's our Sticky Orange Chicken sauce shine with this recipe! Popcorn shrimp are bathed in a tangy 'n sweet sauce. Grab those napkins, because you won't be able to resist every sticky, crunchy bite!
Ingredients
1 pkg (12 oz/340 g) popcorn shrimp
4 cups fresh veggies, such as broccoli, carrots, or cauliflower
1 pkg Sticky Orange Chicken Seasoning
1⁄2 cup pulp-free orange juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly, optional
Preparation
Prepare popcorn shrimp according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in Multipurpose Steamer, add veggies. Cover; microwave on high until tender, 6–7 min.
In Sauté Pan, combine seasoning, orange juice, soy sauce, water, and cornstarch over medium heat. Stir until the sauce starts to thicken. Add Red Pepper Jelly, if desired.
Add cooked shrimp and veggies to pan; toss to coat.
