Steaming Easy Meal on the Go Bowl

A perfect meal when you are cooking for one or two, or just need a quick meal on the go.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz (112 g) chicken, pork, or tofu, chopped
  • 1 12 cups mixed veggies, chopped
  • 12 tsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning or 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
  • 34 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup balsamic vinegar
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice, or quinoa, or 8 Melba toast crackers

Preparation

  1. In a Multipurpose Steamer, add meat, veggies, and seasoning. Cook on high for 6–8 minutes.
  2. Serve on rice or quinoa drizzled with dressing. If using crackers, serve on the side.
