Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk, your choice
  • 12 tsp Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon
  • 2 slices bread

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon.
  2. Tear bread into pieces and add to egg mixture.
  3. Pour into Omelet Maker. Close and microwave on high, about 2 min.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.
