Ingredients
  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp milk, your choice

  • 12 tsp Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon

  • 2 slices bread

Instructions
  • In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, and Apple Pie Spice or Cinnamon.

  • Tear bread into pieces and add to egg mixture.

  • Pour into Omelet Maker. Close and microwave on high, about 2 min.

  • Drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.
