Steamer Cauli-Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 medium potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 2 cups chopped cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 34 cup milk
  • 2 - 3 tbsp butter

Preparation

  1. Combine potato, cauliflower, and dip mix in a Multipurpose Steamer.
  2. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 10 minutes.
  3. Mash cauliflower and potatoes with milk and butter until desired consistency.
