Steamer Carrot Ribbons & Peas

Ingredients

  • 5 carrots, peeled
  • 1 tsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Using a Y-peeler, peel ribbons of carrot.
  2. Combine carrots and seasoning in a Multipurpose Steamer.
  3. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 4 minutes or until carrots are almost tender.
  4. Sprinkle with frozen peas and microwave 1 minute further, with lid on.
  5. Season to taste and serve.
