Wash and cut potatoes in half, and place in a Multipurpose Steamer with lid.
Cook on high in microwave for 4–5 minutes, remove and top with cauliflower florets, replace lid, and cook for another 2–3 minutes. Transfer to salad bowl, and allow to cool.
Toss potatoes and cauliflower with Creamy Ranch Dressing, liberally sprinkle with topper, and serve.
