Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g) mussels, washed
1 onion, diced
1 tsp oil or butter
1 cup Vegetable Broth, prepared
1 1⁄2 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 cup dry white wine
1 - 2 tsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning
lemon wedge, to garnish
Preparation
Sauté onion with oil or butter in pot until soft and translucent.
Add broth, wine, seasoning and mussels. Steam for 8–10 minutes.
Using a 2-in-1 Citrus Press, add a lively splash of lemon and enjoy.
