Ingredients
2 large carrots
1 small red onion
2 bell peppers
4 cups broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Vegetable Seasoning
Preparation
Peel and chop carrots and onion into equal-sized pieces. Coarsely dice peppers.
Place carrots, onion, peppers, broccoli, oil, and seasoning in Round or Multipurpose Steamer. Cover and, holding lid tightly, shake the contents of the steamer to evenly combine.
Microwave for 10—12 min or until vegetables are tender.
