1⁄2 can (14 oz /398 ml) artichokes, drained and finely chopped
1 pkg (8 oz/225 g) light cream cheese
1 1⁄2 tbsp Pizza Seasoning or Marinara Sauce Mix
1⁄4 cup light sour cream
1 x 12" thin pizza shell
1 (4 oz/120 g) flank steak, cooked and thinly sliced against the grain
1⁄2 cup thinly sliced button mushrooms
1⁄4 cup low-fat marble cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
Place pizza shell on parchment-lined Sheet Pan. Top with sauce, steak, mushrooms and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp and cheese is melted.
