Steak, Mushroom and Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
  • 12 can (14 oz /398 ml) artichokes, drained and finely chopped

  • 1 pkg (8 oz/225 g) light cream cheese

  • 1 12 tbsp Pizza Seasoning or Marinara Sauce Mix

  • 14 cup light sour cream

  • 1 x 12" thin pizza shell

  • 1 (4 oz/120 g) flank steak, cooked and thinly sliced against the grain

  • 12 cup thinly sliced button mushrooms

  • 14 cup low-fat marble cheese

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).

  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a small mixing bowl and set aside.

  • Place pizza shell on parchment-lined Sheet Pan. Top with sauce, steak, mushrooms and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp and cheese is melted.
