Ingredients
2 tbsp Fajita Seasoning
1 (10 oz/300 g) steak, cut into strips
1 bell pepper, cut into strips
1⁄2 onion, thinly sliced
4 corn or flour tortillas, warmed
Poco Picante Salsa, prepared, optional
2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tsp lime juice, optional
cilantro, optional
Guacamole, prepared, optional
2 ripe avocados
3 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
lime juice, optional
Preparation
Combine the first four ingredients in a Rectangular Steamer.
Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Serve on tortillas with salsa and guacamole, if desired.
