Sriracha Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf of French bread, cut into 1" thick slices
  • 14 cup Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Seasoning
  • 13 cup vinegar
  • 13 cup ketchup
  • 12 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, optional

Preparation

  1. Combine Sriracha Sauce, butter and Minced Garlic in a bowl.
  2. Spread each slice with sriracha butter.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Stack slices back into loaf form and wrap tightly in foil.
  4. Cook on a medium BBQ grill, with lid closed or in a preheated oven at 375° F (190° C) for approximately 15 minutes.
