Ingredients

  • 12 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wing pieces
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).
  2. Toss chicken wings with 1⁄2 the hot sauce.
  3. Place in a single layer on Sheet Pan. Roast in oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Toss wings in remaining hot sauce immediately before serving. Season with Sea Salt.
