Ingredients
  • 12 cup sriracha sauce

  • 2 lbs (900 g) chicken wing pieces

  • Sea Salt, to taste

Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C).

  • Toss chicken wings with 1⁄2 the hot sauce.

  • Place in a single layer on Sheet Pan. Roast in oven for 30 minutes.

  • Toss wings in remaining hot sauce immediately before serving. Season with Sea Salt.
