Spinach & Egg Tartine

A tartine is an elegantly topped, open-faced French sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread, your choice, cut from a round loaf
  • 12 cup Roasted Garlic Aioli, prepared
  • 1 tbsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice, optional
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 4 hardboiled eggs, sliced
  • Sea Salt, to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Place bread on a crisper. Toast for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. To assemble, spread each toast with aioli. Top with a few leaves of spinach and a sliced egg.
  4. Sprinkle with Sea Salt.
