Spinach and Radish Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups spinach leaves or mixed greens, washed
  • 12 cup sliced radishes
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 12 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp white or red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
  • 12 tsp Rosemary Garlic Seasoning or Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • Sea Salt, freshly ground, to taste
  • 14 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, using Piano Wire Whisk, whisk together vinegar, mustard, Rosemary Garlic Seasoning and Sea Salt. Gradually whisk in oil.
  3. Pour over salad and toss to mix.
