9 oz (250 g) linguini or gluten-free pasta, your choice
8 cups spinach or mixed greens, your choice
Sea Salt , to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, to taste
Preparation
Whisk oil and Caesar Dressing Mix. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a Multipurpose Pot, cook linguini according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1⁄4 cup pasta water.
Place pasta back in pot and add oil mixture, spinach, Salt, and Pepper. Stir in cheese and some reserved cooking water. Add more water, if needed. Serve with extra Parmesan, if desired.
