Makes one super-hearty sandwich or the perfect sandwich for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp CCB Dip, prepared
  • 3 tbsp CCB Dip Mix
  • 1 cup sour cream, or yogurt
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 slices multigrain or whole-wheat bread
  • 1 - 2 slices smoked ham or turkey
  • 1 - 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 14 cup Poco Picante Salsa, prepared
  • 2 tbsp Poco Picante Salsa Mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp lime juice, optional
  • cilantro, optional

Preparation

  1. Spread CCB Dip over bread slices. Top with meat and cheese.
  2. Heat frying pan over medium heat. Add butter.
  3. Brush sandwich with egg, and cook until golden brown, approximately 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Cut into halves or quarters and serve with Poco Picante Salsa.
