Ingredients

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 (3 oz/85 gr) white fish fillets, your choice
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Mix

Preparation

  1. Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat pan.
  2. Sprinkle both sides of fillets with Sriracha Sauce Mix.
  3. Pan-fry fillets on one side until golden. Turn over and repeat.
