Ingredients
  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 4 (3 oz/85 gr) white fish fillets, your choice

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Mix

Instructions
  • Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and swirl to coat pan.

  • Sprinkle both sides of fillets with Sriracha Sauce Mix.

  • Pan-fry fillets on one side until golden. Turn over and repeat.
