Spicy Hot Chocolate with Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 pinch crushed chilies
  • 12 cup dark Belgian chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup. Warm over medium heat until milk begins to steam. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 10 minutes.
  2. Place dark Belgian chocolate in mixing bowl. Strain hot milk mixture over chocolate.
  3. Return mixture to Pot. Using a wooden spoon, stir over medium heat until chocolate is melted.
  4. Pour into heated mugs. Serve with a cinnamon stick in each mug, if desired.
