Spicy Grilled Pineapple with Summer Berry

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 recipe prepared Summer Berry Sweet Dip
  • 2 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • Chili Flakes & Garlic Topper, to garnish

Preparation

  1. To prepare pineapple, cut off both ends, remove peel, and cut out the hard center core. Slice into thick slices.
  2. Brush pineapple with oil. Grill on medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side, until marks appear and the fruit softens.
  3. Sprinkle with topper and serve with sweet dip.
