Spicy Clam Linguine

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) linguine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Marinara Sauce Mix
  • 1 can (10 oz /284 ml) baby clams, including broth
  • 2 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • crushed chilies, to taste

Preparation

  1. In Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat; add olive oil and Marinara Sauce Mix. Sauté until aromatic. Add clams (including broth), white wine, parsley and crushed chilies. Bring to a simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Remove pan from heat, add linguine and toss to evenly coat pasta. Divide into serving dishes.
