Spicy Chicago Corn
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup popcorn kernels
1 tbsp water or oil, for spritzing
Maple Kettle Corn Popcorn Seasoning, to taste
White Cheddar Popcorn Seasoning, to taste
Cajun Fries Seasoning or Smoky Sriracha Sea Salt Blend, to taste
Preparation
Place popcorn in a Multipurpose Steamer; cover with lid and microwave on high for 4–5 min or until popping slows.
Spritz popcorn with water or oil; generously shake on toppers and grind salt for a spicy, sweet, and savoury combination.
