Spicy Cauliflower Bites
Air-fried golden nuggets, ready to be loaded into tacos, served on the side for some extra veggies, or dunked into your favourite dips for the ultimate appy. Pair with Creamy Ranch Dip, Herb & Garlic Dip, Guacamole, or Honey Mustard.

Ingredients
1 egg
1 tbsp water
4 cups cauliflower florets
1 pkg Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich Seasoning
Cooking oil, for spritzing
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 390° F.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg and water. Add cauliflower; stir to coat.
Place seasoning in a shallow dish. Add cauliflower florets one at a time, rotating and pressing mix on all sides to coat.
Place in air fryer, then spritz with oil. Cook 6–7 min. Using tongs, flip cauliflower and spritz with more cooking spray. Cook an additional 6–7 min, or until cauliflower is tender-crisp. (Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to do this in batches. Do not overcrowd.)

Tips
For even cooking, cauliflower florets should be similar sizes. If some are much larger than others, chop or break them up before you start coating them in the egg mixture.
