Spicy Black Bean Soup

A high-fibre vegetarian soup that is simple to make, and simply delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (19 oz/540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 14 cup fresh lime juice
  • 14 cup fresh chopped cilantro
  • 1-2 tbsp Jerk Seasoning or Cajun Fries Seasoning
  • 4 cups Vegetable Broth , prepared
  • 1 12 tsp Vegetable Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Simmer in a Multipurpose Pot for 15 minutes and serve.
