Spicy Asian Dipping Sauce
Excellent with steamed dumplings, egg rolls and stir-fried vegetables.
Ingredients
3 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
1⁄4 cup peanut oil
1 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
1 tsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
crushed chilies, to taste
Preparation
Whisk all ingredients together and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before using.
