Excellent with steamed dumplings, egg rolls and stir-fried vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce or gluten free soy sauce
  • 14 cup peanut oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Pepper Jelly
  • 1 tsp Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
  • crushed chilies, to taste

Preparation

  1. Whisk all ingredients together and allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before using.
