SPG Shrimp
Serve with your grain of choice and plenty of stir-fried veggies.
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp corn starch
2 tsp SPG Seasoning
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 green onion, for garnish
lemon wedge, for garnish
Preparation
Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, toss shrimp with corn starch and seasoning.
In a frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add the shrimp and cook until pink and firm, 1–2 minutes per side.
Garnish with green onions and a squeeze of lemon.
