SPG Shrimp

Ingredients
  • 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tbsp corn starch

  • 2 tsp SPG Seasoning

  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

  • 1 green onion, for garnish

  • lemon wedge, for garnish

Instructions
  • Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.

  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with corn starch and seasoning.

  • In a frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.

  • Add the shrimp and cook until pink and firm, 1–2 minutes per side.

  • Garnish with green onions and a squeeze of lemon.
