Serve with your grain of choice and plenty of stir-fried veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tsp SPG Seasoning
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 green onion, for garnish
  • lemon wedge, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with corn starch and seasoning.
  3. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and firm, 1–2 minutes per side.
  5. Garnish with green onions and a squeeze of lemon.
