Ingredients

  • 3 bags Blue Butterfly Herbal Tea Blend
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • 1 lemon or lime, juiced

Preparation

  1. Pour 3 cups boiling water over tea bags. Steep for 10 min. Remove tea bags and chill in refrigerator until cold, about 20 min.
  2. In a pitcher, combine tea with sparkling water and lemon juice.
  3. Pour over ice in tall glasses.
