Preparation
Place Broth, rice and Spinach Dip Mix in a Multipurpose Pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 15–20 minutes, until all the liquid is absorbed.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Fold in spinach and lemon juice. Serve with a dollop of sauce. Season to taste.
