Spaghetti with Garlicky Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) spaghetti
  • 14 cup butter
  • 2 tsp Toasted Onion
  • 1 tsp Roasted Garlic Aioli Mix
  • 2 cans (5 oz/142g) baby clams, drained, broth reserved
  • 14 cup clam broth or white wine
  • 13 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • crushed chilies, to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter in frying pan. Add toasted onion and roasted garlic aioli with baby clams and clam broth (or white wine). Simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Add drained spaghetti and chopped parsley to pan, tossing to coat. Season to taste with crushed chilies, sea salt and pepper.
