Ingredients
1⁄2 pkg Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning or Donair Seasoning
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) no salt added chickpeas
1⁄2 lb (225 g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 lb (450 g) trimmed green beans
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk together seasoning, vinegar, and oil.
Drain and rinse chickpeas; place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Add chicken, tomatoes, and green beans. They will overlap—that’s OK. Drizzle sauce on top; gently toss to combine.
Bake 15 min, or until chicken is cooked through, beans are tender-crisp, and some of the tomatoes have burst.
