Souvlaki Chicken Kebabs

One of our favourites! A delicious, healthy meal made in minutes. Kebabs are a summer staple, and one of Greece’s most popular street foods. It’s the easiest way to get your protein and veggies grilled quickly!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 pkg Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning or Donair Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 small red onion

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill to medium high.
  2. Cut chicken into 1” cubes. In a bowl, combine seasoning and oil. Add chicken; toss to evenly coat.
  3. Cut peppers and onion into 1” cubes.
  4. Thread meat and vegetables onto Grill Boss Skewers.
  5. Place skewers on grill; rotate often until lightly charred and chicken is cooked through, 8–10 min.
  6. Arrange on a large platter.
