Southern Dilly Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
2 tbsp Southern Baked Gluten Free Crumb Mix
1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
4- 4.5 oz (130 g) salmon fillets
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F.
In a shallow bowl, combine crumb mix and dip mix.
Using a paper towel, pat salmon dry. Coat with seasoning mixture, rolling and pressing to coat.
Place on a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake 20–25 min.
