Southern Dilly Crusted Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Southern Baked Gluten Free Crumb Mix
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 4- 4.5 oz (130 g) salmon fillets

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine crumb mix and dip mix.
  3. Using a paper towel, pat salmon dry. Coat with seasoning mixture, rolling and pressing to coat.
  4. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake 20–25 min.
