Ingredients
2 – 3 tbsp BBQ Chicken & Rib Rub
1 lb (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 recipe prepared Hot Chicken Dipping Sauce
2 cups Nourish Broth, prepared
1 1⁄2 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp BBQ Sauce
1 tsp Smoked Spanish Paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp honey
1⁄4 cup Savory Herb Gravy Mix
1⁄2 cup water, cold
1⁄2 tsp Sea Salt, optional
Instructions
Coat chicken breasts with BBQ Chicken & Rib Rub on both sides.
Preheat grill to medium and cook chicken with lid closed for approximately 4–6 min per side, until cooked through and chicken has reached a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C).
Let rest for 5 min before serving with dipping sauce if desired.
