Ingredients
  • 2 – 3 tbsp BBQ Chicken & Rib Rub

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 recipe prepared Hot Chicken Dipping Sauce

  • 2 cups Nourish Broth, prepared

  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp BBQ Sauce

  • 1 tsp Smoked Spanish Paprika

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 14 cup Savory Herb Gravy Mix

  • 12 cup water, cold

  • 12 tsp Sea Salt, optional

Instructions
  • Coat chicken breasts with BBQ Chicken & Rib Rub on both sides.

  • Preheat grill to medium and cook chicken with lid closed for approximately 4–6 min per side, until cooked through and chicken has reached a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C).

  • Let rest for 5 min before serving with dipping sauce if desired.
