Soft Cocoa Cookies with White Belgian Chocolate
Ingredients
1⁄2 cup butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1⁄4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1⁄3 cups all-purpose flour
1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
2⁄3 cup skim milk
2⁄3 cup white chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a medium mixing bowl. Beat in egg, salt and vanilla extract.
Combine flour, cocoa and Baking Powder in a separate mixing bowl.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to the creamed mixture, mixing well after each addition. When smooth, stir in white chocolate.
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner, and bake for 10 minutes.
