Snowballs
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C).
Cream together icing sugar, butter, shortening, and vanilla extract.
Add flour and salt. Mix to form a smooth dough.
Roll into 1” balls and place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake 8-10 minutes.
Cool, coat with glaze, and roll in coconut. Let glaze dry thoroughly before storing in an airtight container.
