Ingredients

  • 12 cup icing sugar
  • 12 cup butter
  • 12 cup shortening
  • 12 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 cup coconut flakes, for rolling
  • 2 14 cups icing sugar
  • 3 tbsp hot water

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F (175º C).
  2. Cream together icing sugar, butter, shortening, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add flour and salt. Mix to form a smooth dough.
  4. Roll into 1” balls and place on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Bake 8-10 minutes.
  5. Cool, coat with glaze, and roll in coconut. Let glaze dry thoroughly before storing in an airtight container.
