Smoked Salmon & Lemon Dilly Appies

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz/225 g) frozen puff pastry, defrosted
  • flour, for dusting
  • 14 - 12 cup prepared Lemon Dilly Dip
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/225 g) smoked salmon

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. On a Sheet Pan Liner, roll puff pastry into a 10.5-inch square. Gently flip onto an appy maker. Using a rolling pin, firmly roll over to cut pastry.
  3. Spoon Lemon Dilly Dip onto each triangle: 1⁄2 tsp for small, 1–2 tsp for large. Top with a small piece of salmon. Starting at wide end, roll up each triangle on the appy maker, and form into crescents.
  4. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Bake until golden brown: 10–11 minutes for small, 12–14 minutes for large.
