Ingredients
1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) frozen puff pastry, defrosted
flour, for dusting
1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup Extraordinary Cheese Dip™, prepared
1 brick (8oz/226 g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated mixed cheese
1 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp CCB Dip Mix
1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix

8 oz (252 g) sliced or cubed ham, your choice
1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup cooked chopped spinach, drained
2 tbsp low-fat milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
On Sheet Pan Liner, roll puff pastry into a 10.5” square. Gently flip onto an appy maker. Using a rolling pin, firmly roll over to cut pastry.
Spoon Extraordinary Cheese Dip™ onto each triangle: 1⁄2 tsp for small, 1–2 tsp for large. Top with a pinch of spinach and a small piece of ham, being careful not to overfill. Starting at wide end, roll up each triangle on the appy maker and form into crescents.
Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner. Using a basting brush, brush with milk, and bake until puffy and light golden: 10–11 minutes for small, 12–14 minutes for large.
