Get ready to be the smartest cookie in the kitchen! Gluten-free and oh-so-versatile, these delish treats are the brainy choice for accommodating any dietary needs or flavour preferences. With just one bowl, you can whip up a batch that is allergen-friendly and caters to all taste buds—think Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix, vegan chocolate chips, nuts or seeds, sprinkles, you name it!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Smart Cookie Mix
  • 14 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 12 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 12 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
  2. Using a stand mixer (with paddle attachment) or hand mixer, beat mix with butter, egg, and vanilla extract on low speed until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips and/or desired add-ins (see “Recipe Tip”).
  3. Scoop dough into 12 balls, about 2 tbsp each. Arrange on pan, spacing 1" apart. Bake 12–15 min, or until lightly golden on the edges and set in the middle. Let cool on pan for 5 min. Place cookies on Cooling Rack and cool completely.

Tips

OATMEAL RAISIN: 1⁄4 cup each oats and raisins.

WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA: 1⁄4 cup each white chocolate chips and coarsely chopped macadamia nuts.
