Slow-cooked Turkey Stew

Ingredients

  • 13 cup butter, melted
  • 13 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 4 cups Nourish Broth
  • 1 12 tsp Nourish Broth Mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 4 lbs (1.8 kg) turkey breast, cut into cubes
  • 8 carrots, sliced into rounds
  • 4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen peas

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, whisk butter with flour, 3 Onion Dip Mix, and Herb & Garlic Dip Mix. Slowly whisk in Nourish Broth, mixing well between additions to prevent lumps. Pour into a slow cooker.
  2. Add turkey, carrots, celery, and peppers. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 6-7 hours. Add peas and heat through for 15–20 minutes.
  3. Spoon into bowls, and serve.
